About Your OSHA Trainer!

Welcome, my name is Roger Hillard, owner, and founder of Your OSHA Trainer. My motto is very simple, “Bringing our workers home safely through education and training.” I started my career in safety many years ago when I got sick and tired of seeing my friends get seriously injured in work-related accidents. To top that off, it became apparent that many of the facilities that I visited weren’t aware of how to effectively perform a JHA, (Job Hazard Analysis) or even how to identify hazards in the workplace.

I knew then that something had to be done to educate employers as well as employees on hazard recognition. My education in safety includes Fed and Cal OSHA standards for Construction and General Industry through Cal State University, Dominguez Hills in Carson CA. I am also a certified CPR/AED and First Aid instructor. Call me today!!
